Shipping Locations:

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kandied Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Order Changes & Cancellations:
